This notice is issued in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Scope of this website

The Plures Air corporate website provides information about our company and services. You do not need to provide personal data to browse the site. We do not actively request personal data from visitors.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. This may include: first name, last name, email address, phone number, your message, and your IP address for spam prevention and technical security.

We do not build marketing lists, create user profiles, or maintain user accounts outside this contact process.

Why we process your data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, forward your message to the relevant team, and contact you if necessary. It is not used for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

Legal basis

Under KVKK Article 5, processing is based on your explicit consent (submitting the form), the need to respond to your request, and our legitimate interests (site security and abuse prevention). Where GDPR applies, processing is limited to consent and/or legitimate interests as appropriate.

Retention

Contact records are kept for up to 2 (two) years after your request is handled, then deleted or anonymised. Longer retention may apply only where required by law or for the defence of legal claims within applicable limitation periods.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the site (hosting, email delivery) and with Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection on the contact form. reCAPTCHA data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access and unlawful processing.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may request information about processing, correction, deletion, learn about recipients, object to automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Where GDPR applies, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.

How to contact us

To exercise your rights, write to the address above or email kvkpluresair@plures.com.tr from an address previously registered with us. Requests are answered within 30 days in principle.

Supervisory authorities

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (www.kvkk.gov.tr) or, where GDPR applies, with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this notice. The current version takes effect on the date of publication.
